1General Terms & Applicability

Joya Line (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") provides an international-standard online gaming and Sports Betting service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Joya Line and its users.

2Account Registration & Membership

To create an account on Joya Line, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. Registering with false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

• Only one account is permitted per person or household.
• If multiple accounts are detected from the same IP address, device, or payment method, all associated accounts will be closed.
• A KYC process may be required to verify the name, address, and phone number provided at registration.
• Keeping your account password secure is solely your responsibility. You are fully liable for all activity carried out on your account.
• To update any account details, please submit a request through the support team.
• Managing an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

3Age Verification & Adult Confirmation

Joya Line is strictly an adults-only platform. Use of this platform by anyone under the age of 18 is completely prohibited.

• A national ID or passport may be required at registration to confirm your age.
• If a user is subsequently found to be under 18, the account will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited.
• Parents are advised to use parental control software on their devices.
• If additional documents are requested for age verification and not submitted within the specified timeframe, the account will be temporarily suspended.

4Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500, and the maximum is subject to the applicable daily limit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes, though verification may take additional time.

• Specific wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If suspicious activity is detected in any transaction, Joya Line reserves the right to place a hold on that transaction.

• Withdrawals to third-party accounts and deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Offers

• The welcome bonus applies to first-time deposits only and may be claimed once per account.
• Before withdrawing a bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirements — typically 20–30x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• The wagering requirement period is generally 30 days. Any unused bonus remaining after the deadline will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used simultaneously unless the offer explicitly permits it.
• Bonus abuse or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts will result in cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings.

• Coordinated betting among family members or friends to abuse bonuses (Bonus Abuse) is strictly prohibited.
• Abusive behaviour or threats directed at Joya Line staff are strictly prohibited.
• Deliberately losing a game to manipulate results (Match Fixing) is strictly prohibited.

7Responsible Gaming Policy

Joya Line believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a burden. We genuinely care about every user's mental and financial well-being.

• Each account can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Self-exclusion option: you can exclude yourself from the platform for a set period or permanently.
• Cooling-Off Period: You may take a break ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• If signs of problem gambling appear, our support team can provide information on organisations that offer help.
• No promotional materials will be sent during a self-exclusion period.

8Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Joya Line reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under certain circumstances.

• Violations of the terms may result in account closure without notice.
• Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting support.
• If a balance remains at the time of account closure and no violations have occurred, that amount will be refunded.
• Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months) may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee.
• To appeal an account closure, please contact the support team in writing.

10Changes to Terms & Their Effect

Joya Line reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Any such changes will follow the process outlined below.

• For significant changes, users will be notified in advance via email or an on-platform notification.
• Updated terms will take effect 7 days after they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be addressed through negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will proceed to Arbitration.
